STARTING on JANUARY 5th ... READ THROUGH THE BIBLE IN 2026

As Providence Presbyterian Church celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2026, we invite our whole church family to join together in reading through the entire Bible using The BibleProject’s "One Story" Reading Plan. What better way to mark this milestone—and to bring God joy—than by walking through Scripture as one congregation?

WHY JOIN? As a way to:

  • GROW deeper in Scripture

  • SHARE a common journey with your Church Family

  • BUILD your faith as we celebrate 40 years of God’s faithfulness

3 WAYS TO PARTICIPATE:

Begin using the YouVersion App on January 5th. Set up your device so that you'll receive daily reminders, links to daily readings, devotions and more. Share the App with friends!

You can also pick up a printed Bible Reading Guide at the Church on Sunday. The Guide begins with a reading in Genesis on January 5th. It also offers daily meditations on the Book of Psalms.

 BIBLE READING PLAN Q&A 2.0

with a Providence Panel of Pastors

Empower
Growth

Providence Church has been reading through the Bible together and we're almost halfway through our year-long plan. We want to provide another opportunity for participants to share observations or questions that they have from reading the Bible up to this point. Do you have an observation or question about anything we've read so far, from Genesis 1 to Malachi 4 (following the order of books in the Hebrew Bible) and from Psalm 1-Psalm 150? Our Panel of Pastors is ready and willing to tackle all biblical topics that come its way. Submit your question/observation on the form to your right,  or submit them to the Church Office in person or by email to ppc@providencehhi.org. (Deadline for submissions: 6/22).

Submit Questions/Observations

If you have questions/observations about the Reading the Bible in One Year Plan, submit them using the form below. Our Pastoral Panel will review and answer them during the class on June 24. (Deadline for submissions is 6/22)
